                                                                            DELIVERY AVAILABILITY AND DEADLINES 

The delivery time varies according to the brand and product, and is indicated inside each of our product sheets. In most cases, the products have a delivery availability of 48 working hours. This is the time in which we promise to deliver your order to the transport company.

                                                     From that moment on, the delivery times are as follows:

  Shipments to Peninsular Spain, Andorra and Portugal, through NACEX. Delivery time from the moment of shipment: 24/48 hours.

                     International shipments by International Mail. Delivery time varies depending on the destination. 

  For products with a delivery availability of more than 48 working hours you will see the estimate ddelivery time in the file of each product.
                   

 

The orders will be sent directly from Anitaberberatelier Málaga through its logistic operators. In case there is no person responsible for the reception of the package at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a phone number that you will have to call to confirm what time the goods can be delivered. The transport agency will keep your package in their warehouses approximately 5 days before returning it to our facilities.

 

If you do not receive your purchase in the estimated time, you should contact us as soon as possible so that together we can find a solution. As we work with such diverse products, Anitaberberatelier cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transport companies or complications in production. However, we will inform you promptly of any delays or complications. There is also the possibility of variations in the delivery days during the summer season or the temporary factory holiday.

 

                                                                                          RETURNS

If you find any defective product in the order received, please contact us at info@anitaberberatelier or call +34951408191.You can return the goods to us provided that you communicate your intention within 15 days of receiving the order. To proceed, please contact us at info@anitaberberatelier, call +34951408191 or via our contact form.

If the return is due to a defect in the product, Anitaberberatelier will assume the shipping costs for the return. You will be able to replace it or substitute it with other items. If the reasons for return are beyond Anitaberberatelier.com, namely if the goods are in perfect condition but you still want to return them, you must send the product in optimum conditions. In this case, the costs of the return will NOT be paid by Anitaberberatelier.

 

                                                                SHIPMENTS TO CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not part of the EU customs territory, so shipments may be subject to taxes and/or customs duties. In most cases, the fees are charged upon delivery of the package, although the customer may receive a notification by mail asking him to personally go to pay these fees in order to receive the package. The amount of fees may vary depending on the weight/amount of the package. In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Anitaberberatelier includes the export SAD in the cost of the shipment. Upon delivery of the product, the Customer/consignee must pay the import SAD and the IGIC.
